Just the excise of outstanding options would bring the NTA back to around $1.85
so current price is a rough 10% discount to what would be fully diluted NTA

10% could be uncertainty over SIO or HHL, or transparency around the future
listing of the fintech entity or the other irons on the go.

I have already thrown my doubloons into Benji's pot, and some for all me sprogs too!
Hopefully the general offer will be good for those who get in at Dawns crack or sparrows

I will take up more for my company and SMSF as well once some funds settle
