In my opinion it is directly related to HML.
Remember that initially (when HML was thriving) BHD traded at a premium. Those involved in the IPO who sold in the first few weeks made 40%.
In my opinion the only reason the discount isn't even greater is the managers stellar record. It won't suprise me if it gets to 80c in the upcoming weeks.
