I completely agree that it is paramount to taking money under false pretenses. If I want to be in cash I will decide to invest in cash and not a fund manager. I invest in a fund manager to give me both market exposure and stock picking prowess. Unfortunately I am getting neither with Justin over a consistent period now.

The whole notion of the global fund was also terrible (WGF). That particular fund is underwater on every performance period one year into its life. What a complete mess and awfully misleading to those investors who trusted Justin when he said he had the skills to launch such a fund.
