Why does this sell at such a large discount? NTA before tax is 1.36 and after tax 1.26, yet the shares are only at 1.10. Is it that 28% of the NTA is in unlisted investments so valuation is not transparent? Holding 87 stocks when the NTA is only around $70 million is also odd.
