Agree that self promotion isn't really the "SOL way" but they probably need to accept that things are a bit different when your running a brand new LIC rather than a company that has a proven record from well over a hundred years in operation. They can still get out and make people aware of URB without "bragging" or having to be over the top like a start up company.
