    I thought I was canny and my average price is $1.01!! I am extremely tempted to average down because this is getting ridiculously low. I will largely put it down to a total lack of interest as the NTA is holding up ok and the property projects are closer to delivering returns than when URB was trading in the low $1s. If anything I think this is a much better prospect now than it was at the time of the IPO
