The same people that managed BKI internally (Tom Milner and Will Culbert) then formed Contact which took up the management rights for BKI at the same fee (so basically no change at all) and they then launched URB through contact. The three property assets weren't over and they also built the share portfolio from scratch. The "roll over" did happen when BKI started as that was spun out of Brickworks. So basically URB is these guys first try at starting from scratch (even though SOL tipped in quite a bit at the time of IPO and is also their JV partner).
