hello timbowls do you know what they are doing with purt 5 prestons there is framework in the background of the site are they going to rent this or sell it off like purt 3 kingsgrove. any idea what they will go for with the money from kingsgrove. buy more commercial property to rent or to sell and make capital gains. to build a sustainable dividend policy id rather see them rent out more property or buy more into things like their recent purchase of fortius homemaker trust. any idea how long it might take urb to offer a competitive dividend with other lics which is stated in their dividend policy. thanks
