Latest announcement today re value uplift. I thought it was good to see a more detailed explanation rather that the ‘trust us’ approach of some past uplifts. Maybe they now understand that they have to provide information that shows that the ‘directors’ write ups in carrying value is supported by the growth in the relevant investments. The 20% market discount will however need some realisations to show the investments are on track to realise big dollars.
