Wilson has his own motives for sure, but Global Value Fund's involvement is different. Their motives pretty clear - they're looking to close the discount to NTA, not to start managing it.
The way they worded that update sounded like they voted out the directors themselves.
Very positive development for BAFs NTA. Ive bought back in a parcel.
