My average price is a little higher at 99c. To answer your question on the yield going forward I suppose it depends on the make up of their property portfolio (whether the next round of purchases are "mature" income assets or will require development). My reasons for considering selling out (in the mediumish term) are largely based on my doubts over whether the hybrid LIC model will get enough traction for their results to flow through to the shareholders through SP increases and dividends. Like Joe Wolf says I think their size is holding them back and limiting their property opportunities (if they had of raised more money they could have had 5-6 projects on the go and at different stages rather than 3). I may extend my time frame if the results this week show some real strategy rather than more treading water
