Question is, what now me hearties? TOV Panel review withdrawn. Do they re-launch a new takeover bid and be a bit more careful about disclosing how bad it is so that it can't be scuttled again? Would they get any acceptances if they did? And will JBL repay BHD or is it all over red rover?
