I think you'll find that they're restricted from making any public comment until the current Takeover Panel proceedings are finished.

Last time from the initial application to decision was about one month (28/12/2018 - 25/01/2019). This time the panel will need to review not only the information from the initial application back in December '18, but also the additional seven months worth of pirate shenanigans since then. It looks as though JBL have also made applications to the Takeovers Panel which will need to be considered as well. Counting out from the date of the most recent TOV applications (09/08/2019), I'd be surprised to hear anything from TOV before mid-September.
