It is probably quite a bit more than BKI, but if you are simply looking for low cost LICs that will not necessarily correlate with good performance. For example, MFF were trading at .55c on 1 Jan 2010 and are now trading at $2.90, whereas BKI were trading at $1.13 on 1 Jan 2010 and are now trading at $1.57.
I have no vested interest in pushing MFF other than to say I have been very happy with how they have performed in comparison to the fact that I was so unhappy with BKI I sold out.
Obviously past performance can never be taken as an indicator of future performance.
I would add that trading losses recorded by LICs are not a useful indicator of overall performance, and you are far better off focusing on how the NTA has changed over time. A preparedness to sell positions at a recorded loss and move on to better opportunities is far better than sitting on long term poor performers, like the Australian Banks.
