Not only that but the NAV has outperformed the ASX200 over 1M, 3M and 6 M with lower volatility. Factor in the Director's share purchases and possible buyback and this is one of the least risky stocks in the ASX at the moment. Not to mention current rotation from growth stocks to value stocks occurring in the US and locally. Actually changing my sentiment to "Buy", even though I won't be buying any more personally due to portfolio weighting reasons.
