If Siteminder raises $A100m (valuing the company at $A1 billion) then BTI's stake jumps approx by 50%..
That would in turn raise BTI's NTA by approx 30c per share..
Then add Lendi revaluation into the mix & things start looking quite nice BTI share price
So BTI own approx 11.2% of Siteminder, which values Siteminder...
