The managers seem way to greedy to reduce the FUM. this is the problem. Their whole modus operandi was one of trickery in the first place. We're only raising $300m. 2 weeks later, whoops, we've decided to raise $1.3bn. We really didn't intend to. I cannot believe that is legal. Where was ASIC?
