    I don't know about you but I've given him more than 4 years and am still waiting to see the results. I don't think you understand the crux of the problem for shareholders - it's because ALF trades at such a deep discount to NTA that shareholders are forced to keep holding or crystalise a 30% discount to NTA. No one wants to be selling at 85c but at the same time, the company hasn't delivered in years to entice new buyers to step in.
