I have mapped out my buy in date. The NTA will drop 1 cent a month for the next 83 months. At that stage sitting at 30 cents.

In the meantime the share price for ALF will drop correspondingly 1 cent a share per month and be ONE CENT... on 14th of April, 2027.

THAT is the time to pounce! 14 April 2027. ALF shares at 1 cent and NTA at 30 cents. I think it is too fanciful / hopeful to wait for the following month when the share price will be NIL and NTA 29 cents.

On a serious note (well, above is kind of serious) at what stage does the buy back and share destruction make this a buy. I mean if some guy is left holding ONE SHARE and value of the fund is $1 mill.... well, the one share is worth....
