Maybe the directors knocked off a liquor store or something... nothing would surprise me anymore. (I'm kidding about the first bit).
As long as they're not lending it to themselves (or anyone - for that matter) or buying their mates businesses I don't particular care at this point. I'm pretty sure I'm not getting that hedge fund I asked for, at any price apparently...
I like the idea of rebranding (Vengeance Capital.. maybe... it has a nice ring to it), then forming a litigation fund, and raising equity to increase the asset pool, but the only cases it funds are those who want to sue ASIC on behalf of unprotected investors (hey! that's us!) They can only sue ASIC though... just ASIC... every time...
We'd probably have a few issues getting licenses and stuff, maybe if we don't tell them until afterwards...
...I can dream can't I?
