CIN's biggest negative is it's owner/management.
With 50.4% in the hands of the Chair, what chance is there of a truly "well-governed" LIC ?
Decisions will be made with his interests foremost, dressed up, of course.
I prefer other LIC's with slightly less conflicted management - albeit at slightly less discount to NTA.
