On the point of why complain about fees, when you know what you signed up for.
It's an ironic circle in away, poor suckers who don't really understand the product or fees are roped in by brokers to buying the likes LSF at IPO. then it immediately goes to a discount and they are underwater.
Then when the market gets the wobbles like in March last year the discount gets extreme and those retail suckers get angry or despondent and sell their shares to more sophisticated investors who now see an opportunity.
It is then those 'NEW' more sophisticated shareholders who complain about the fees... (because they know they are a complete rip off)
