    It would have been nice for them to update the NTA to say that it still includes the 4.5c dividend... I think anyone buying now doesn't realise that.

    Based on my calcs 1.30 Post Tax NTA at 30 Sep.

    Less 4.5c dividend

    Less 3% haircut for conversion

    = $1.217

    Dunno why there is so much buying at 1.23. Maybe I'm missing something.
