    There was a very good reason for the sharp increase in the SEC SP. They held a substantial number of

    CL1 shares which had a T/O offer at 71% above the current SP. They also bought FLT at a good price and Altho down today has shown good gains as had others in the PF. Put them in a watchlist and watch !
    SEC is NOT volatile at all, if you don’t believe me, bring up a one year chart and see for yourself !
    As for small volumes….. why on earth with performance like this, would you want to sell ?
    Personally, I think you are over analysing. SEC have good management, also a good record of performance, are a value manager and have skin in the game. NSC has a more concentrated portfolio, is less flexible as a consequence, have younger less experienced CIOs, a patchier performance and has retreated from its recent high. Bring up its one year chart and see what I mean.
    I think you will see that SEC had the more reliable performance and has the more potential ?
