@TheCapatilist, we r the opposite. We just sold a unit on the GC (TSR too low due to Body Corp, land and water rate costs.). We r retiring in Current loc. Have invested the balance in shares and managed funds (mainly In The emerging companies area) with a variety of managers with good 5 year returns. Funny your observation about the liquidity of SEC….. I always thought that compared to some others, SEC was fairly well traded ? Ahh yes,…those Wilson bots ! they’re everywhere ! They’re everywhere !!!
