The day I sold SEC, an off screen sell into the buy stack, of about 35k units , would have pushed the price down to about $2.10 I’m sure the buy stack would have filled up again but my worry was if the market panicked it would have gone below initial entry price and as I was going away I thought I would just take that money off the table. I had a good look at property on the south Coast of Adelaide while I was down there and was surprised how cheap it was in comparison to interstate. We have been contemplating where we are going to retire and have finally decided to stay in S.A. I can by a block 800 metres from the beach for around $160 K , so after Xmas we will decide on exactly what we are going to do. Enjoy a rest and all the best for Christmas and the New year.
P.S. I wonder if Geoff will stop for Xmas lunch or will he be too busy plotting his next conquest. Gotta love his work and determination.
