Yeah buy back or special dividend was my first thought but on reflection this is becoming a really great time to have a significant cash position with global Sas multiples getting hammered by the rising interest rates.
The risk to unprofitable growth company’s is a lack of funding and with rates rising lots of investment houses will move to less risker or safe assets.
I can see this as a positive and great to have lots of cash for the right deals to come along at far better multiples.. so long as they don’t earn the 1.5% on the cash balance as well. Does anyone know cash is include total FUM fees?
