Agree there could be some confidentiality around the sale (to Kogan last I heard), but that shouldn't have stopped them at least announcing it going into administration (even if it was non price sensitive because they had reduced the value to zero).
Anyway, think most of us agree it is not a good look, but time to move forward. We can't complain to much about the results for the last few years.
