hi guys i know people will rarely even read this let alone reply but ill give it a shot.
1.) what % of your assets are in PL8?, im thinking of putting about 40% of my money into PL8 and adding a little every month,
the rest im keeping in cash in case markets crash and buying when things crash.
2.) with PL8, book value only about $1.07 would you guys still buy it around $1.25 about 20% over NTA, or is it wiser to just wait till it drops near book value, thats if it ever happens, what do you guys think?

3.) PL8 isnt just for those nearing retirement or for ther SMSF is it? im not near retirement but i wanna buy this for its FF dividends and possible growth and stability, there is nothing wrong with that is there?
