Not looking for capital growth just FF divvies as I wanna retire in the next 8yrs and live off these, I'm looking at ANZ also got a 7% FF but it's stock is still the same as 2014 , I'm looking at bhp Woodside anz and VHY for yield, capital gain comes second for me, as long as stocks don't crash, so when do you think PL8 could do another CR? End of aug?
if stock drops to $1.10 that would be ideal to buy than
pl8 only been around since 2017, do you think they will be around for decades to come and survive a big crash like GFC? What is PL8 gearing, ? Are they even in any debt?
I like Vas but it's trading right at it's highs, I hated buying anything trading right at it's highs I like when it corrects 10-15% before buying in
