With the 63% bump up in Siteminder share price since end of June, BTI NTA just on cash and listed investments is about $1.34 by my calculations.
So effectively getting all the private investments for free ATM, valued at $67m in books or $0.46 NTA.
Total NTA should be about $1.79 at the moment by my calculations, so current SP of $1.26 is 30% discount to NTA even with majority of NTA ($1.34) being marked to market listed companies and cash.
