They gotta make some investments, the issue is they can't really do a large special dividend or buyback since afterwards the portfolio would be insanely concentrated (already is 28%) in Siteminder in which they are stuck with since they have a large illiquid stake (top 5 holder) and maybe escrow cant remember.
