Yes they do need to make some investments.
The best one would be putting $10M of their +$100M cash into buy backs.
They should be able to get a few million on market over the next 12 months at a decent discount to nta. This would give BTI an instant nta uplift and share would increase the share price.
They could do a bigger buy back by putting an offer document out to buy $10M at a 10% discount to nta.
Still leaving + $80M cash to find new investments to remain not so concentrated..
