Has anyone ever seen them disclose where this 100M sits and what sort of interest they earn from it? I personally would like to see them lift the 8% performance fee I feel that is too low and 17.5% of outperformance certainly is a fair whack. maybe there is a better way to pay this via share based comp or something similar so the management get rewarded by share price improvement not just sucking cash out of the NTA.
