do higher management fees always detract from performance?
interesting IOO has a very high management fee for an ETF at .4% yet it has consistently been a higher performer than other much cheaper ETF's. this is over a short tabbed long periods (10 years)
concerned again about the high management fee of LSF l looked at a graph compared it to the index (and IOO) and could not make a case for switching this LIC to an ETF.
investors can do the graphs and have a look there is no comparison infact it is very close to IOO.. I would think that with divs it probably is on a par to IOO?
always happy to hear other opinions. maybe in the future swap not now - currently its superior to an ETF.
