    franking credits are good when your taxable income rate is LESS than the 30% company tax rate isnt it? to get this straight right?

    Lets say this is the last SPP pl8 ever do, would this be in the grand scheme of things, a good or bad things for pl8?
    it would mean no more stock issued so that means more people who want pl8 would have to pay up for the stock that is available on market right? or would it be bad that there is no more spp in the future as most companies rely on growth and no more spp in the future would imply no more growth wouldnt it?
