For a closed end small cap fund, the liquidity released as a result of the recent M&A of SEC holdings, incl LNK, is like injecting adrenalin into an elite athlete.
l am loving the fact that while the sector remains unloved, SEC has both benefited from takeovers at premium prices and has tons of cash at hand or coming, to find new unloved stocks.
We were all able to absolutely bathe in the late May selloff of the SP to the low-mid $1.70s. A big fish wanted out.
Now it us the fund itself that could create a significant rise in NTA.
Although l have plenty, below $1.95 l am a buyer again.
