Agree.,disappointed over the past few years.They need to be more proactive I feel. Yes do a share buy back and if they need funds for new acquisitions they can always part leverage. The policy of connecting the divs.paid to the share price and not the NTA was meant to assist the performance but not so. I expect there won't be performance fees this fin.year.
