This tortoise may not beat the ASX hares but has the stamina to run the ironman course and just keep plodding on regardless. It is one of my stocks which I rarely look into due to its consistency, excellent comprehensive reporting and low volatility. I have in the past been very wary of private equity due to their vulture like operations in the M&A arena. However their comes a time when you realise if you cannot beat them you may as well join them.
