    Once again the NTA report

    Pre tax Adollars 19.62 cents = NZ dollars 21.5 cents
    Post tax Adollars 17.27 cents = NZ dollars 19.0 cents

    So the quote for NZ sellers at 19 cents on the NZ Exchange equals the Post tax valuation.

    Still a good buy at that price but its getting a bit more real.
