A long time ago but when ** R was director at MVT when they were trying to takeover YBR, what price were they willing to pay for the company?
In 2018 they made a takeover bid of YBR at 9 cents a share, when the audited NTA was 13.4 cents. Back then at least, they did not appear to view NTA as a good measure of fair value for YBR.
