I've held SNC for a long time - since just after the listing. One nagging source of concern is that their performance benchmark is apparently the 1 month cash rate - the manager gets 20% above that. Luckily there is a high water mark but for an activist small cap manager, the benchmark is wrong and our (shareholders) capital was unjustifiably eroded during SNCs sunnier days.
