HR is correct, to acquire the project 100% by exercising the option requires a final payment of $363k including GST. With cash levels being approx $1.4m post Sept Qtr + recent $450k raised through options conversions by directors and other parties announced 28th October. Cash levels are more than sufficient to not have to rush off and raise by end of the calendar year.
