just wondering re the following:

my view is that we need logical arguments as to why we feel the $1.10 offer is undervalued - this to perhaps be used as part of our negotiating.
can I ask anyone who feels inclined to please respond back to my email address with their viewpoints as to why you consider it an undervalued offering
I have heard the comment eg that the offer is only 0.8 x 1 year revenue let alone a multiple of PE
perhaps a value based on future cash flow, total assets, past comments by directors and Chairman, etc
I can then collate and send out via my email (not on HC) to all who respond to my email - I will not publish names to any viewpoints or facts on my email (unless you want me to) and the resultant fact sheet will only be published by email to those who have provided their details to me
I'll also take the time on the weekend to review the valuation.
to those of you with whom I have spoken I think you would agree that this is progressing as we wanted with not too much time to spare - despite the way that the share registry Link holds up the process
