You are right. NET has been pumped upon relisting and is now being dumped. I did a rudimentary check on AoFa and came up empty handed. I think it is some kind of shelf company and I can not work out how it is worth $2 million.
Here is my search on a database we use at work. The companies (latest available year) that include the words Aofa have no meaningful turnover. This sounds like another SSI debacle.
