It would be great if NET could confirm whether there was anything binding or if there was any hurt money attached to the Memo Of Understanding with yet another IT company. There have been so many of these . So many promises, so many new strategies so many distribution agreements so many sales reps. Yet losses accumulated have blown out to $100 million. If this agreement with this Greek based IT company is on the level release a copy of the agreement.
