It would seem you are not in tune with the reality of NET. Specifically :
1. Promises adnm MoUs that result in no recurrent revenue.
2. Announcements that push the price of shares up momentarily adn then shareholders allow the promises to fade in obscurity on teh back of yet more announcements.
3. Accumulated losses of over $100m
4.Revolving door of Board members that realise what is going on and then depart.
5. Global sales - sure like in CHina where the alleged 10,000 sales reps are selling NEWt software and yet there is a chilling absence of recurrent revenue.
