Grant Booker one of the Directors on the board owns millions of shares do you think he would let the CEO protect his own assets only for his own benefits in detriment of a better return to the Company’s shareholders... Would the Chairman would jeopardise his highly regarded reputation and credibility he has in all the Businesses he might still be involved with... I would think the board would have 100% considered the effect of this move in the short term and convince Shaw and Partners to guarantee the placement... IMO
