There needs to be some inventory as orders come in out of the blue via the website but most large orders are paid for within a week. Typically a large organization like a global shipping line takes 2-3 on trial and then comes back to order 100 or more. There have been a lot of these 2-3s or 10s turning into substantial orders since mid-May. It often takes a while for organizations to work out internally what they need or how Starlink solves problems, saves costs or affects other spending.
