I am pleased to read this announcement. The company still has a heart beat and progress has been made in successfully completing the trials.

If the company can successfully sign an agreement with China Telecom and then acquire the additional finance it needs then there is a chance it may survive.

After all China Telecom has 220 million customers who will have access to our product, which must be a good thing.

There is a number of hurdles to cross yet before it is possible to be confident and the company's reputation has been poor, but progress is being made and it should be recognized.

It should also be noted that now there is a now more experienced management team in place and they should be given a reasonable chance to prove themselves.
